Shafu is a smart contract engineer from Merit Systems. At Agentic Zero, he presents ERC-402 Scan, a block explorer and discovery layer for the ERC-402 ecosystem that functions like Etherscan or DeFi Llama, indexing all transactions, resources, servers, and facilitators while providing a marketplace where users can browse and test x402 resources with demo or connected wallets. The platform includes a "Composer" feature and a reputation system that aggregates metrics. The entire project is fully open source with over 30 contributors and integrates with Merit's Terminal for funding open source work through bounties. In this keynote, Shafu envisions how x402 can shift the whole industry and emphasizes the need to build genuinely useful native resources.
