In this talk I will share why building such permanent parallel society is important. What have we done so far, What are our plans for it, What problems we have faced so far. ZuGrama was started as an idea in Zuzalu, and took the shape of multiple pop-ups in across the world. We did a pop-up in India in 2025 for 6 weeks, bringing multiple people from different domains together. Where we also pioneered doing citizen-size experiments that has inspired many other pop-ups to do something similar. I will share the restuls of the microbiome experiment, learnings from it, what can we do better next time. I will also roughly cover our plan, how the community can help.
