Watch an AI Agent Get Robbed in 60 Seconds

Duration: NaN:NaN:NaN

Speaker: port

Type: Lightning Talk

Expertise: Deep prior knowledge

Event: Devcon

Date: Nov 2026

I keep seeing agent wallet setups where the only thing between an attacker and the funds is the model deciding to behave. I wanted to show what that actually looks like, so I built an agent with testnet funds, and broke it with one crafted message. The talk plays the recording twice: once at full speed (it takes under a minute) and once paused at each decision point. Then the fixes: session keys scoped to one contract with an expiry, a spend cap enforced by the wallet itself (a sweet-talked model can still only move dust), and more.
