About the speakers


Bryant Eisenbach

Lead Technical Editor

Bryant is currently working on building his local developer community through @DappDevs, creating smart contract development guidelines through @SecurEth, and is a core contributor to the Vyper smart contract language and Python-Ethereum toolset. Prior to Ethereum, he spent 6+ years as a flight software engineer. @fubuloubu on Twitter and GitHub.


Hsiao-Wei Wang


Hsiao-Wei Wang is a researcher and developer at Ethereum Foundation research team, where she works on the Ethereum sharding research and implementation. She has been involved in the blockchain technology space since 2016. Her research interests include blockchain scaling protocol, peer-to-peer network, and state execution engine.


Hudson Jameson

Hudson Jameson is an Ethereum enthusiast and smart contract developer. He co-founded the blockchain IoT start-up Oaken Innovations and works at the Ethereum Foundation. Currently he spends his time managing the Ethererum community, organizing the Ethereum core developer meetings, and editing the Ethereum Improvement Proposals repository.


Piper Merriam

Snake Charmer

(talking about myself in the third person is fun)Piper Merriam has been part of the Ethereum community since the launch of the Frontier network.  He is a buidler who loves Python and open source.  Most recently Piper works for the Ethereum Foundation running the Python team which maintains and develops tools with a focus on facilitating and support research efforts as well as building core infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem.Other projects of his include the Ethereum Alarm Clock, EthPM (Ethereum package management), The Trinity Ethereum client, The Populus development framework, the function signature database.
